Chris
Nissen is a nationally known award winning American artist from Philadelphia,
PA, principally known for his landscape paintings. Compelling compositions,
intense colors, and lush paint surfaces, are the trademarks of his work.
For the past 25 years, this American artist has painted throughout the
US. During the last ten years he has spent much time painting in Maine
and in the Philadelphia area. He has also traveled to and painted the
American Southwest and numerous locations along the Southeast coast. He
has produced a substantial body of work that has been collected by corporations,
museums, and private collectors from around the world.
